As things arise, clients are encouraged to reach out in between sessions. Once the program is complete, clients are welcome to continue on a month-to-month basis as needed.

Initial 90-minute discovery/audit session where Jessica analyzes areas of life that you’re struggling with to create a personalized plan for reaching your goals and aspirations. It’s important that whatever habit you are considering is connected to your overall life goals and aspirations.

Once yo have a clear vision of why you want to start a new habit now it is time to curate your habits to make them happen.

Now when you are set on which or what new habits you want to commit to, consider the context of your life and make sure you remove all reasons to say no and make it as easy as you can to say yes.
